Bearing life is related to service conditions and is particularly affected by bearing load. If the bearing load is smaller than the specified load, the bearing life can be greatly extended. Do not disassemble the encoder. Doing so will damage the oil and drip-proof performance. Anti-drip products should not be immersed in water for a long time, and should be wiped clean when there is water or oil on the surface.

Vibration on the encoder of linear stepping motor often causes false pulses. Therefore, attention should be paid to the installation location and installation location. The more the number of pulses per revolution, the narrower the slot hole interval of the rotating grooved disc, and the more susceptible it is to vibration. When rotating or stopping at a low speed, the vibration added to the shaft or the body causes the rotating grooved disk to shake, and false pulses may occur.

Wiring connection

① Wiring should be done when the power supply is OFF. When the power supply is turned on, if the output wire contacts the power supply, the output circuit may be damaged.

②If the wiring is wrong, the internal circuit may be damaged. Therefore, pay attention to the polarity of the power supply when wiring. If high-voltage lines and power lines are wired in parallel, they may be induced to cause malfunction and damage, so separate them. Wiring.

③To avoid induced noise, etc., use the shortest wiring distance possible. Special attention should be paid when inputting to integrated circuits.

④ When extending the wire, the length should be less than 10m. In addition, due to the distributed capacity of the wires, the rise and fall times of the waveform will be longer. When there is a problem, a Schmitt loop is used to shape the waveform. Due to the influence of conductor resistance and line capacitance, the rise and fall times of the waveform are prolonged, which is prone to interference (crosstalk) between signals. Therefore, wires with low resistance and low capacitance between lines (twisted pair, shielded wire) should be used.
