Introduction

CWDS series are innovative hybrid servo drive products which are successfully developed by CW motor based on more than 10 years experience on stepper and servo motors.Adopt the latest motor control DSP chips and vector closed-loop control technology to overcome the problems of loosing steps for the open loop motor. Meanwhile, they can enhance the motor' S high-speed performance, reduce the heat and decrease the vibration of the motor, improve machine processing speed and accuracy, and reduce energy consumption of the machine. When the motor overload continuously, the driver will output the alerting signal in time. It has the same reliability as the AC servo systems. CWDS ,series can fit the size 42/57/60/86/1 10 series stepper motors completely. They can convenient the upgrading of traditional stepper drive scheme, and the cost will be half of the AC servo system.
